The RISCA GRANDE ANTIQUE (Demeter) convinces with its mild, fruity taste. This olive oil is produced from 200 to more than 500 year old trees of our oldest olive groves. These require a lot of care; the harvest is more work and less productive than their younger counterparts.
The limited edition of 2000 bottles is a true rarity!
