The RISCA GRANDE MANDARIN (Demeter) is an exclusivity. In the production of this oil we also ad mandarins to the olives before they are crushed in the mill. This way the fresh fruity tangerine flavour is released into the olive oil.

Recommendation : Asian foods, red meat, as well as chocolate desserts.
