Production
The always fresh harvested olives are processed on RISCA GRANDE in our own mill. In various stages the olives are seperated from their branches and leaves and are then washed.
From there, the olive paste is pumped into several centrifuges, in which the oil is extracted step by step. Finally, the finished oil is pumped into large stainless steel tanks, where it is stored until the bottling process.
As we use the newest technology to extract the oil, we get the best possible quality out of the olives.
Only due to the fact that, from the harvest through the processing of the olives to the filling of the bottles, the entire process takes place on RISCA GRANDE, we can guarantee the highest quality standards.
