Andreas Kurt Bernhard is the owner of the olive farm and managing director. He is responsible for the manufacturing and sale of the olive oil. As a strong advocate of the principles of organic farming he takes care that the processing of the olives results in a high-quality olive oil.		Alfred Zehnder our second director is responsible for olive cultivation and evaluation of production processes which are essential to guarantee traceability and quality of our products.
Doris Bernhard		Samuel Bernhard
Doris Bernhard is responsible for accounting, correspondence and administration, and looks after the physical welfare of the team.		Samuel Bernhard, is a staff member in the olive processing and olive cultivation. In addition, he is responsible for all matters relating to all computer applications.
Joaquim Correia		Ana & Teresa
Joaquim Correia, our long-standing and reliable employee, is mainly found working in the olive grove.		At any time, any place willing to help: Ana and Teresa, our part-time employees from the village of Sta. Iria.
